My Workout

I try to do some type of workout everyday.  I LOVE yoga... I teach it.  But I also know the importance of cardio and weight training.  I was a personal trainer a while back and loved making up workouts for people to do.  I still do that for me so I thought I would share the one I did today!  I wanted a quick workout that incorporated a little bit of resistance training with cardio.  You can do this workout anywhere!  It only took me about 20 minutes to complete, so afterwards, I worked on my yoga handstands and then got on the elliptical for 15 minutes.  
Although somedays I'm super unmotivated to work out, I find it makes me a better wife and mommy. So I try to make it a priority to do something everyday!
